Be My Valentine
Valentine's Day has always been a special occasion for me, especially since I chose to live in Wyoming so many decades ago. The Wyoming winters present unique challenges to me as a Southerner, since I grew up in much milder climates. Since the winter months here are filled with frequent snowstorms and severe cold temperatures with frequent wind chills, I look forward to celebrating Valentine's Day, enjoying the simple pleasures of exchanging cards, candy, and flowers with my family members and friends. I created the picture above, using editing tools to combine two images. It displays a heart-shaped cloud with a fractal/kaleidoscope transformation.
